Three’s Company

From a twin girl playroom to a triplet boy nursery our downstairs bedroom has come a long way since last summer.  In between, it was our guest room and my office so it needed a good paint job (thanks Grandma Dot) and lots of boy energy.  We’re starting with just one crib so the boys can keep each other company but the others should fill in nicely when they need room to stretch.

We won’t being naming them Wynken, Blynken, and Nod but fell in love with the image of three baby boys sailing through a sea of stars in a wooden shoe.

5 more days to get the rest of the house picture ready, or at least organized enough that once the inevitable decline begins with the triplets homecoming, we won’t be seen on “Hoarders” too soon.

  1. Hey Ed….I can only imagine how your world will be turned upside down next week so sleep well while you can. I have a little advice, even though I only have twins.
Do what you can with what you have. Don’t put any expectations on yourselves, it will be a learning experience. Accept help at every turn and don’t be afraid to ask for ie.

Just fake it like all of our parents did….They didn’t do too bad, did they?

The nursery looks fabulous!!!! Love the paint color – a very nice shade of blue. Thinking of you over the next 5 days!

Not Wynken, Blynken or Nod? Blynken Coblentz has such a nice ring to it.
Are the “C”, “H” and “N” hints to the names? The room is beautiful. Hugs all around. Love- Shelley

Room looks absolutely adorable, great, creative job. Yay, can’t wait to see them, learn their names, see images of Fletch staring at them with amazement, touching their toes and of course seeing all of your family grow together. It is amazing.
